Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy:
Your appointment is important to us and is reserved just for you! Our schedules are dedicated to our guests and their needs and when an appointment is missed or cancelled last minute, we cannot fill that appointment for another guest.
We require at least 24 hours for a cancellation via our online booking service. A 50% of scheduled service fee will be charged via Square invoice for any cancellations made after the 24 hour window. Fee must be paid before booking a future appointment.
By booking an appointment with us, you are agreeing to these terms for new and all future appointments. Please also be aware that running 15 minutes behind your scheduled appointment may also result in same fees and forfeiture of your appointment.
A healthy salon environment:
We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing any illness to the salon. If you are feeling sick or exposed to another, we ask that you reschedule within the 24 cancellation window, to avoid cancellation fees.
